Job Overview

Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time flower merchandiser. You will be the face of our company in each store, ensuring that our flowers are beautifully displayed and our customers experience color and joy. This role is based in various locations across your territory.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00‑9:30 am;
  Saturday 7:00‑8:30 am.
• Paid training in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Transportation reimbursement per route.

• Maintain immaculate and attractive flower displays.
• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with staff, managers, and customers.
• Prepare stores for key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Assist with setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when needed.
• Support teammates with special activities when required.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
