Key Team Leader (Key Holder)We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service. This role offers a fast‑paced work environment and a variety of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service as the primary responsibility.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Perform merchandising, operational, and administrative functions.
- Previous retail supervisory experience.
- Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.
- Merchandising skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
