Business Development Associate — Transferable Skills

The Dorne Region is seeking a Business Development Associate for its Vienna office. This full-time opportunity gives you a chance to learn insurance sales, strengthen your communication, and contribute to new client activity.

Your starting point can be customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another role that has taught you how to work with people. Prior insurance experience is not required to be considered.

You’ll learn to:

• Identify opportunities through outreach and ongoing conversations.
• Ask useful questions and coordinate appropriate next steps.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of contacts and follow-ups.
• Support client relationships and the team’s sales activity.
