Are you an Administrator on top of your game, looking for an exciting opportunity in the FMCG sector? Look no further, our Bellshill site is currently on the lookout for a Distribution Coordinator to join their team!
It’s simple really, we deliver fresh products on time, keeping quality, safety and customer service at the forefront of every decision.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator or Coordinator to join our Distribution team at Bellshill on a fulltime basis, working 5 over 7 day rota, however, there is some flexibility regarding the start and finish times. As part of the team you will be an integral part of our family to enable our distribution teams to deliver our great quality products, however, you don’t need a distribution background, as full training will be provided.
Qualifications- Excellent administrative and PC skills
- Build working relationships quickly and be able to deal with some difficult customers
- Organisational skills
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Assisting managers in the day to day running of the distribution office
- Filing driver and fleet records
- Uploading Agency hours onto online portal (ETips)
- Answering telephone queries
- Base Salary up to £30,548.00 p/a
- A slice of the annual profits (discretionary profit share)
