TXM Recruit is recruiting a Process Engineer with NPI responsibilities for a specialist battery manufacturer in Coatbridge. This role combines hands-on process improvements with new product development across the full lifecycle.
The candidate will take concepts from Solid Works to prototype builds, develop manufacturing proposals, and drive lean improvements on the factory floor. A degree in engineering or science and 3+ years' experience are expected.
