We're looking for Team Leaders to join our Operations team at our Tannochside site . Reporting to the Shift Manager, this is a hands‑on role where you'll work alongside the team on the production floor while also taking responsibility for helping coordinate and supervise activities during your shift.
This isn't a role where you'll be managing from the sidelines. You'll be actively involved in the operation, leading by example and stepping in to support production when required, while making sure the team is working safely, efficiently and to our high standards of quality and hygiene. As a Team Leader, you'll develop a strong understanding of the processes, procedures and equipment within your area and will be a key point of support for colleagues throughout the shift.
Shift Pattern The role will initially operate on a two-week rotating shift pattern:

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting quality processes, including non‑conformance and audit requirements.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Technical, Quality, Distribution and Engineering, so building positive working relationships across the site will be an important part of the role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility but who is equally happy to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team when needed.

- Previous experience of leading, supervising or supporting others would be advantageous.
