Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and student-centric  Admission Counsellor  to join our center. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IIT-JEE counselling and will be responsible for managing front-desk queries and conducting on-call counselling sessions for prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in inquiries at the  front desk .
Counsel students and parents on Physicswallah's  IIT-JEE coaching programs  and admission process.
Conduct  on-call counselling  to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their academic background and aspirations.
Manage and update student data in CRM or internal systems.
Ensure smooth onboarding of students by coordinating with academic and operations teams.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all prospective students.
Participate in seminars, open houses, and promotional events as and when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Science background preferred).
1–3 years of experience  in academic/admission counselling (IIT-JEE counselling preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling student queries both in-person and over the phone.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
