Role Overview :
The Associate Director will lead the institution’s brand strategy, digital presence, and communication ecosystem to enhance visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This role is responsible for driving integrated marketing initiatives, overseeing website performance, managing high-quality content development, and ensuring strong digital growth through SEO and analytics-driven strategies. The incumbent will also lead the communications team, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and consistent brand positioning across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Buildin
g:

• Lead campaigns for admissions, rankings, reputation building, and thought leadersh

2. Website Management & Optimizati
on:
• Oversee end-to-end management of the university website (UI/UX, content, performan
ce)
• Ensure website is updated, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO-optimi
zed
• Monitor website analytics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and implement improveme
nts
• Collaborate with IT/vendors for technical enhancements and security complia

nce
3. Content Strategy & Developm
ent:
• Lead content planning, creation, and distribution across platf
orms
• Ensure high-quality, engaging, and audience-specific content (web, social media, PR, brochures, repo
rts)
• Maintain editorial standards, brand tone, and communication guidel
ines
• Drive storytelling initiatives showcasing institutional achievements, faculty, and stud

ents
4. Digital Marketing &
SEO:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and performance mark
eting
• Improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and lead gener
ation
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and email mark
eting
• Track campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools and optimize accord

ingly
5. Communication & Stakeholder Engag
ement:
• Lead internal and external communications ensuring clarity, consistency, and
impact
• Manage PR, media relations, and institutional announc
ements
• Engage with key stakeholders including leadership, faculty, students, alumni, and external pa
rtners
• Ensure timely and effective crisis communication when re

6. Team Leadership & Mana
gement:

Qualifi

• Any Postgraduate degree Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Management, or related dis

Experience and

Skills:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in digital communication, website management, social media strategy, or internal communication roles, with significant leadership ex perience in an EDUCATION INS

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads
Manager)
• Expertise in website management systems (CMS such as Word Press, Drup
al, etc.)
