Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming environment in our club.
You will answer phones, assist callers, check in members, give tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate billing updates as needed. Work involves regular cleaning of the facility and front desk area, with a 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift premium.
