Job Description

Our Cast Members are empowered to provide the greatest service through cross‑training and are encouraged to grow within the company. Game Room Attendants support guests during play and ensure all games remain clean and operational.

Responsibilities
  • Assist guests while playing games
  • Keep all games clean and fully operational
  • Deliver excellent customer service
Essential Job Functions And Work Environment
  • Lifting and carrying objects weighing 0–50 pounds
  • Standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
  • Handling job stress and interacting effectively with guests and co‑workers
  • Operating in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Excellent customer‑service skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
