Position Overview
Outreach Counseling Center, an established Christian community service organization serving DuPage County for 50 years, is hiring a full‑time Spanish‑Speaking Therapist at our Warrenville and York locations.
The role focuses on providing individual, youth, couples, and family therapy, including assessment, treatment, and coordination of services, while collaborating with the clinical team and community partners.

- Maintain a full‑time caseload of 22–25 clients across the York and Warrenville sites
- Provide individual, youth, couples, and family therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and termination
- Initiate and maintain community relationships related to counseling services
- Participate in team meetings, clinical training, and agency activities
- Contribute to planning and improvement processes to enhance the counseling program and agency effectiveness
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday (at least two evenings per week); possibility of compressed Monday – Thursday schedule; average 40 hours per week
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license with at least one year post‑licensure experience
- Proficiency in engaging clients, completing assessments, treatment plans, and strategic interventions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; clinical services in Spanish required
- Understanding of the broader mental health and social services delivery system
- Sensitivity to the needs of low‑income, culturally diverse populations
- Preferred experience in community mental health
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
