Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying the proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
• Ensure team members are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.
• Train and coach line-level colleagues.
• Inspect and assign duties to office assistants and conduct a daily morning briefing with all relevant information.
• Check attendance and follow up on maintenance concerns with the appropriate department.
• Manage minibar and consumption items: requisition from the main store, distribute to units, maintain stock and related bills.
• Keep all reports from the units updated and share necessary information with the units; review reports daily and inform the concerned person.
• Report to the Executive Housekeeper on changes to procedures or emergencies.
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and implement new hotel procedures.
• Prepare daily work reports and promote teamwork among team members and management.

• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
