To ensure the safe, compliant and uninterrupted operation of fire alarm systems (including fire panels, detectors and associated circuits) across Villa Park through expert installation, maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting in line with local & international fire safety standards.

• System Oversight & Operations
  • Perform routine inspections, testing and maintenance of fire alarm panels, detectors, modules and interface components.
  • Diagnose faults, identify failures and promptly restore fire alarm systems to full operational status.
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain detailed service logs, test records and inspection reports as required by internal standards and local regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure fire alarm system meets all safety regulations and is prepared for audits or emergency readiness drills.
• Installation & Integration
  • Support installation and commissioning of new fire detection equipment or upgrades to existing systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors on fire system expansion or reconfiguration.
• Coordination & Reporting
  • Liaise with Loss Prevention Department during drills and safety audits.
  • Report system statuses and escalated issues to Engineering Department and Loss Prevention Department.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer
  • Provide operational guidance to support staff and participate in emergency response training as needed.
  • Stay updated on evolving standards and best practices in fire alarm & detection systems.

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Fire Safety Technology or related technical discipline.
• Certification in Fire Alarm Systems (NFPA 72 / BS 5839 or equivalent preferred). Additional manufacturer certifications (Honeywell, Siemens, Bosch, etc.) are an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in fire alarm system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting in a commercial or hospitality setting.
• Proficient in using test tools (multimeters, loop testers, etc.).
• Able to interpret circuit diagrams, wiring schematics and layout drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and safety conscious mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure during emergency situations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
