We are looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. This role fits someone who takes pride in precision, communicates well, and can work efficiently in active home renovation environments.

• Framing walls, ceilings, openings, and structural modifications
• Installing drywall, trim, casing, baseboards, and molding
• Performing layout, measurements, and carpentry repairs as needed
• Installing doors, windows, hardware, flooring, and cabinetry
• Reading plans, following project specifications, and coordinating with other trades
• Maintaining a clean, safe jobsite and professional communication with homeowners

• Proven experience in residential remodeling carpentry
• Skilled in framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices
• Ability to problem-solve on site and adapt to existing structures
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and basic personal tools

• Experience collaborating with electricians, plumbers, or other trades
• Ability to mentor apprentices or assist with training on specific tasks
