Overview

Water Sports Assistant - Sun Island. Support water sports activities, assist instructors, plan and manage trips, maintain equipment, promote guest safety and satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations at the water sports centre.

• Attending the guests coming for water sports activities immediately.
• Assisting the instructors in all activities at water sports centre.
• Planning and managing boat trips, catamaran sailing excursions, etc., in accordance with the Standard Operation Guidelines.
• Work towards promoting the sales.
• Maintaining the materials, machinery, other equipment and consumables properly at the centre.
• Respecting and following the rules and regulations of Sun Island.
• Attend weekly meetings conducted by water sports.
• At all times observe the safety and security of the guests.
• Assisting and conducting practical courses in the absence of the instructor.
• Manage and conduct daily maintenance services to motorize and non-motorized equipment.
• Reporting to the base leader about faulty equipment, problems and suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and sincerely.
• Updating watersports administration software and other required reports and records.

• Fluent in English
• Have a good level of physical fitness and stamina
• Possess an outgoing personality
• Team Player
• Flexible and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• Water Sports Assistant Course (Desirable)
• Experience of working in a Water Sports environment (Desirable)
