We are hiring a Local Intermodal CDL-A Driver for a fleet operating from the yard. Drivers complete multiple dispatches during a typical shift, handling a combination of live-load and drop-and-hook freight.

Most dispatches are within approximately 65 miles of the rail ramp, although some assignments may extend to 500 - 600 miles round trip. Current regional runs include Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Because of the regional work, drivers should expect a layover at least once per week on this fleet.

Typical shifts of 10–12 hours

Optional sixth day available for extra pay

Tractors leave from and return to the yard daily

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

Reliable personal transportation to commute to and from the yard

Availability to work 5 days per week

Willingness to work an optional sixth day when needed

Ability to complete 10–12-hour shifts

Willingness to accept regional assignments and weekly layovers
