You'll be the financial guru behind our brushstrokes, ensuring every project is a perfect blend of artistic vision and fiscal responsibility.

• Becoming a Project Picasso:
  Dive deep into project plans, analyzing every detail to provide accurate quantity takeoff estimates. You'll be our resident expert on what it takes to get the job done right, from primer to perfection.
• Cracking the Cost Code:
  Help us figure out the nitty-gritty of labor, material, equipment, and all the other costs that go into transforming a space. Your insights will be crucial in keeping our projects on point and on budget.
• Proposal Powerhouse:
  Craft compelling written proposals that clearly detail our scope of work, leaving no doubt about the magic we'll be making.
• Bid Boss:
  Keep tabs on outstanding bids, because who doesn't love the thrill of closing a deal?
• CRM Champion:
  Use our CRM software to keep meticulous notes and track bid statuses like a pro. Organization is your middle name (or it will be!).
• Project Kickoff King/Queen:
  Gather all necessary submittal information when a project gets the green light, setting us up for success from day one.
• Smooth Operator Hand-off:
  Ensure a seamless transition to our operations team by providing comprehensive project hand-off details, from color takeoffs to unique project quirks.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:
  Collaborate closely with our project management team, lending your expertise to ensure every project shines.
• Change Order Connoisseur:
  Review all RFIs, addenda, and revised plans like a hawk, providing change orders for any scope adjustments and keeping everyone in the loop.
• Relationship Royalty:
  Develop and maintain awesome relationships with both current and future customers.

• Brainpower:
  You're a whiz with Microsoft Office suites and project-related software.
• People Skills Plus:
  You're a highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a professional, approachable demeanor. You're a team player who can collaborate like a champ!
• Communication King/Queen:
  Strong verbal communication, organizational skills, and an eagle eye for detail are a must.
• Software Savvy:
  Experience with OST/Oasis/Construct Connect? Even better!

  An Associate’s degree is preferred, but if you've got five years of construction industry experience under your belt, we're all ears! A minimum of two years in the construction industry is required, along with solid Microsoft Office knowledge.
