This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and team-oriented provider looking for a long-term home in a supportive, high-volume environment.

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

This established practice welcomes 250–300 new patients per month, offering a strong existing patient base and diverse clinical opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, but the team is also open to new graduates who are eager to learn, bring a great attitude, and value collaboration.

• Tiered collections model: 30%–34% (based on performance)
