The Hospitality Associate (HA) acts as the liaison between the patient, Food and Nutrition Services, and Nursing Services. The HA attends to all patient requests for meals, nourishments, and snacks, obtains patient meal orders, ensures accurate menu modifications, delivers meals, and communicates effectively with the patient services manager, nursing staff, dietitian, and production staff as needed. The HA also cleans and sanitizes meal service areas.

Ability to read and write. - Experience:
No prior work experience required.

- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving.
