Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) – Clinical Decision Unit (Nights)
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the specialty area, including direct daily supervision of staff on the assigned team, inventory control, and assignment of team members. Coordinate case planning, patient flow, and implementation of processes. Responsible for team success on identified quality measures such as patient hospital‑acquired conditions and fiscal responsibility for the unit.
Required Knowledge & Skills- Education:
Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework - Experience:
One year of related experience; requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
- Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire; BSN preferred
- Supervisory experience and certification preferred
- Has limited supervision over a large section of employees
