$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

The primary function is to administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency.

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Current state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Two years’ experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a clinical care setting, hospice or home health preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice; excellent interpersonal skills; proof of hepatitis B vaccination or declination.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance.
