Position OverviewSuccessful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Simple IRA

- Salary plus commission/bonus

- Valuable experience and growth potential within the agency
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products and their role in helping clients manage risks, recover from setbacks, and achieve their dreams
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be obtainable)
- Life and Health license (must be obtainable)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete licensing requirements and training. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
