Kitchen Assistant Manager

Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

We’re looking for a hands‑on, high‑energy Kitchen Manager to lead a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen that delivers great food and great service every time. If you love coaching a team, keeping things organized, and making customers happy, this role is for you.

• Run daily kitchen operations and follow food safety standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Train and support kitchen team members
• Ensure fast, friendly service and accurate orders
• Manage prep, inventory, and waste to meet goals

• 3+ years of cooking experience (or equivalent)
• Food Safety Cert + Responsible Vendor Cert (or willing to obtain)
• Strong leadership, communication, and time‑management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible hours

• This role requires regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling equipment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, climbing, and exposure to moderate noise are expected.
• Vision, hearing, and basic sensory abilities are required for safe job performance.
• Employees work primarily indoors but may experience brief exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and wet or humid environments.
