General Manager – Lead the Store to Win!

We’re looking for a driven, people-loving General Manager to lead a clean, safe, fully stocked store that runs like a champ. You’ll build an amazing team, grow sales, keep customers happy, and make sure the store shines every day.

• Keep the store Staffed, Stocked, and Clean at all times
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate a strong team
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service and handle issues calmly
• Ensure all safety rules, laws, and company policies are followed
• Create schedules, manage labor, and hold the team accountable
• Keep cash handling tight and inventory accurate
• Maintain top-notch store cleanliness inside and out
• Work with vendors, manage orders, and prevent out-of-stocks
• Track sales, control waste, and hit profit goals
• Lead team meetings, communicate clearly, and build a positive culture

• High school diploma + 3 years retail management, or related degree + 1 year management
• Experience in convenience/retail is a plus
• Responsible Vendor certification + Food Safety certification (or willingness to get them)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
• Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work flexible hours
• Comfortable with POS systems, technology, and basic Microsoft Office

• This role requires regular standing, walking, and use of hands, with occasional bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Work happens mainly indoors with moderate noise, but you may occasionally experience changing weather, temperature shifts, wet or humid conditions, fumes, or vibration.
