• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships.
• Understand clients' objectives, challenges, and preferences to provide personalized support.
• Support clients during onboarding.
• Monitor client accounts and usage, proactively identifying and addressing issues or opportunities.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent customer service.

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Administrative, or a related role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong positive phone presence and ease with conversation.
• Self‑starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products.
• Ability to handle multiple situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Excellent multitasking and time‑management skills.
• Reliable and organized.
