• Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or M.S. in communication disorders recognized by ASHA and the state board.
• SLP holds a current license and/or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in‑state as applicable.

• Provide comprehensive speech‑therapy evaluations per MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized formats accurately and in accordance with guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, modalities, and interventions.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients using modalities and modifying patient treatment as indicated, adhering to precautions.
