• Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or M.S. in communication disorders recognized by ASHA and state board
• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (current license/registration in-state)

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy evaluations per MD orders
• Document findings on standardized evaluations accurately
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities
• Ensure MD orders obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges
• Deliver treatment using modalities and modify plan per patient needs and precautions
