Up to $100K (base $70K–$75K + up to 35% monthly bonus) + benefits. 8 weeks paid training with travel and accommodations provided.

• Lead daily operations and strategy to achieve donor flow and operational goals.
• Own and manage site P&L, improve efficiency, and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Recruit, develop, and maintain a high‑performing team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and lead audits and inspections.
• Communicate expectations and make data‑driven decisions.

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and withstand cold environments.
• Flexible schedule: day, evening, weekends, holidays.
