Compensation: Up to $70K ($50K‑$55K base + up to 25% monthly bonus) + benefits.

We’re building a better way to donate plasma—fast, friendly, and powered by smart technology. Our donor app makes booking and earning easy, and our high‑energy team makes every visit welcoming and personal. We’ve grown from 2 to 30+ locations in under 3 years and are just getting started.

• Own day‑to‑day operations by staying on the donor floor and ensuring smooth donor flow and retention.
• Partner with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance.
• Lead by example, coach team members in real time, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs, sharing updates and keeping everyone focused on the day’s priorities.

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
