Join Parachute is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead donor operations at Vincennes, IN
.
Compensation: Up to $70K ($50K‑$55K base + up to 25% monthly bonus) + benefits.

What You’ll Do- Own day‑to‑day operations by staying on the donor floor and ensuring smooth donor flow and retention.
- Partner with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance.
- Lead by example, coach team members in real time, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs, sharing updates and keeping everyone focused on the day’s priorities.
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
- Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
