Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser

Overview

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill merchandising needs through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store staff; work with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits per Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed; communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related apps on a personal device.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to store floor and stocking shelves.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Vincennes, IN; secondary locations Jasper, IN and Washington, IN.
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday;
  Start Time: 7-8:00 am.

Hourly compensation: $13.00 - $15.00; 401 Savings Plan, Mileage reimbursement, career advancement opportunities, Health and Well-Being Program, EAP, Internet reimbursement of $10.00 if no company device provided, PPE and safety equipment.
