Construction Cleanup Laborer

Northeast Precast (NEP) is now hiring for a full-time, permanent Construction Cleanup Laborer. We are expanding operations and need reliable help keeping our job sites safe and clean.

In this position, you will work to maintain a safe and clean construction site inside our Vineland location. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, pulling out construction trash, and supporting overall site cleanliness.

• Sweep and vacuum work areas to maintain a clean site
• Collect, bag, and remove construction debris and trash
• Organize and maintain site walkways and access points
• Support crews by keeping staging and storage areas clear
• Operate basic cleaning and site maintenance equipment
• Monitor and empty waste containers regularly
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or hazards on-site
• Assist with small maintenance or cleanup tasks as directed by supervisors
• Maintain compliance with all site safety requirements

• Valid NJ driver’s license preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or labor preferred, but not required
• Must be able to do physical work in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
