For more than 40 years, Dr. Rasner has built an exceptional reputation for providing high-quality patient care while educating thousands of dentists across the country. Now, he's looking for the right dentist to take over the day-to-day clinical leadership of his original Bridgeton practice.

You’ll have the autonomy to essentially run your own established office while knowing Dr. Rasner is just 12 minutes away whenever you want guidance or collaboration.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced dentist who enjoys practicing independently. While mentorship is available, this position is best suited for someone ready to lead an established practice-not someone seeking over-the-shoulder mentorship.

2025 Production:

• More than $1.1 million in total doctor production

• Primary doctor produced approximately $796,000 while working just three days per week.

Compensation:

• With Monday's schedule ready for growth and an established patient base already in place Tuesday through Thursday, this opportunity offers realistic earning potential of $300,000+ annually)

• Compensation based on 32% of production

• Daily guarantee provided (will not need the daily guarantee Tuesday-Thursday)

Located in Bridgeton, NJ, this established single-story practice has served the community for over four decades. The office has recently been renovated with a welcoming, coastal-inspired design and offers ample parking in a convenient location.

• 6 treatment rooms

• 2 dedicated hygiene operatories

• 4 doctor operatories, including one brand-new operatory

• Two hygienists scheduled Tuesday through Thursday

• Monday hygiene schedule ready to be rebuilt with an associate

You’ll primarily provide:

• Comprehensive exams

• Crown & bridge
