In this impactful role as a BCBA, you will conduct clinical assessments, set goals, develop treatment plans, analyze data, provide direct services, support families, and collaborate with schools. We welcome BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs working in a school-based ABA program.

• Clinical assessments and evaluation of clients
• Goal setting and treatment planning based on data
• Conducting data analysis and monitoring progress
• Providing direct behavioral services to clients
• Supporting families and caregivers in applying strategies
• Collaborating with schools and other professionals to integrate services
