Local Contract Nurse RN - Stepdown

GHR Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a local contract nursing job in Vineland, New Jersey.

STEP-DOWN RN

• Will be required to work in the ED-HOLD. This unit holds individuals for 23 hours for additional observation.

  Description:
• Trach care, bariatrics, nocturnal vents, stroke care 1:5 for SD/PCU; 1:6 if floated to acute care.

• MSD cares for PD patients, CSD cares for stroke patients, SSD cares for surgical patients.

  Experience and Requirements:

• Must have a MIN. of 2 years’ experience working on a Step Down/PCU unit.
• Contract Length: 6 weeks
• Specialty:
  Must be true STEP-DOWN RN- M/S tele are not accepted
• Weekend:
  Every other
• Holiday: 1 per contract
• RTO: no more than 3 days
• License: NJ or compact

• Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA only)

  Float Requirements

• Nurse must be willing to float to ED Hold and other units within specialty
