Computed Tomography Technologist Location

New Jersey

This is a 13-week contract position.

Every Thursday and Friday from 12:30 PM to 1:00 AM, and Sundays from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

The Computed Tomography Technologist is responsible for producing computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as ordered by a licensed physician. This position adheres to established practices and procedures to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.

• Produce accurate high-quality CT images according to physician orders.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide assistance to physicians in evaluating images and diagnosing cases.
• Keep proper documentation of procedures performed and patient data.

• Minimum of 2 years as a staff Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience in Computerized Tomography is preferred.
• New Jersey DEP license required.
• ARRT certification is required.
• CT certification required or to be attained within 6 months of hire.
• CPR certified; BLS (AHA) certification required.
• IV certification required within 90 days of hire.
