** Pro-Spec is a specialized commercial contractor with 45 years of business history. We are looking for a sharp, digitally-minded individual to join our corporate office.

This is a unique position where you will work directly alongside the business owner, receiving mentorship in operations, estimating, and business management. We are not looking for a temporary employee; we are looking for someone who wants to learn our specific systems, master them, and build a stable career with us.
** The Role
** You will operate in a self-contained role, managing specific data flows from start to finish. We are well-designed and scalable; you will have the autonomy to do your job without bottlenecks.
* ** Proposals & Analysis:
** You will handle pricing requests for projects ranging from $2K to $50K. This requires a love for math, formulas, and logic. You will calculate margins, prepare precise proposals, and analyze the numbers for accuracy.
* ** Digital Workflow Execution:
** You will use our software stack (Sage 100 Contractor, Hub Spot, Excel) to convert proposals into contracts, update job work schedules, and maintain project records.
* ** Desktop Computing Mastery:
** Unlike many modern “app-based” roles, this position requires deep proficiency in a
** Microsoft Windows desktop environment**. You must be skilled in file management, network navigation, and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
* ** AI Assisted Productivity:
** We utilize AI tools to research complex problems and cross-check data. You will use these tools to increase the speed and accuracy of your work.
