1. Compensation & Earning Potential
- Gross an average of $1,415 weekly (top earners grossing up to $73,500 annually).
- $1,300 Weekly True-Up Guarantee: Your weekly paycheck is protected against slow weeks when account objectives are met (requires Sunday dispatch availability).
- Base CPM scales directly with experience from $0.62 to $0.74 CPM (0 to 120+ months).
- Extra pay stackers: $35 stop pay on all stops plus a $150 cash bonus for every Long Island dispatch completed.
2. Route, Freight & Equipment
- Regional distribution loops through NJ, NY (including Long Island and all 5 NYC boroughs), MD, CT, PA, and VA, averaging 900 miles across 4 to 5 short routes per week.
- 100% No-Touch Freight with store deliveries averaging 1 to 4 stops per trailer.
- Delivery windows run overnight (8:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Company policy mandates taking your 10-hour sleeper rest break directly behind Stop #1 prior to offloading.
3. Schedule & Home Time
- Dependable weekly home time for a solid 34-hour reset.
- Requires 5.5 days on duty per week, including Sunday pickups to secure your weekly true-up pay floor.
- Hiring Radius: Must reside within 50 miles of the Berlin, NJ distribution hub.
4. Requirements & Screening
- Minimum background of 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months
. - Must be willing and comfortable navigating NYC and all five boroughs.
- Clear pre-employment dual-panel toxicology testing via hair follicle and urine drug screens.
