About the Job The Inventory Coordinator will be a champion for company values and process management working with all stores in person and by phone /email. You will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. You must bewilling to travel between store locations and be capable of teaching and leading others. The Inventory Manager will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with District Managers and Store Managers, as well as Buyers.

You possess the abilityto lead teams, win championships and successfully manage multiple personality types in fast-paced high-pressure environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years retail experience

Exhibits a clear understanding of freight flow and receiving processes.

Competency with Excel, Word, Gmail and related software3+ years management experience

Clear driving record and Transportation Prior Inventory Management Experience Previous MANGO experience is a plus.
