Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to production staff
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standard and procedures, complying with legal regulations
• Communicate customer issues with Materials team and devise ways of improving customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Work closely with General Manager and process improvement team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
• Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations management, Supply Chain, Business management, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, implementing production scheduling
• Experience working in a Manufacturing/production environment
• Data processing and data entry skills
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff members
