Manufacturing Production, Operations Engineer
Reports to: Manager, Facility Operations or Supervisor, Production
Position Overview:
The Production Technician is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product, as outlined by the management team and SOPs. Responsibilities include post-harvest tasks such as drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and labeling. The role requires working efficiently, increasing productivity, and maintaining professionalism in the use of all facilities and equipment.
Pay: $17
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
Major Responsibilities:- Must be at least 21 years old.
- 1-3 years of experience in a production role, including hands-on activities.
- Knowledge of weights and measurements.
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends if required.
- Speed and precision with equipment and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain consistency daily.
- Physical ability to stand or sit for long periods.
Additional Abilities:
- Exposure to pollen, dust, and plant particles.
- Physical activity including standing, sitting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive motions accurately.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
