• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360 - $2480
• On-Call Requirement:
  One weekend per month (24 hours Saturday, 12 hours Sunday)
• Scrubs:
  Provided by hospital

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN), with ability to scrub and circulate
• Demonstrated expertise (3+ years) in orthopedic spine, robotics, and trauma surgical cases
• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (required)
• National certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) or specialty area preferred
• Completion of full hospital orientation required

OR RN Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for a wide range of surgical procedures, specializing in orthopedic spine, robotics, and trauma cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a sterile field and strictly adhere to all operating room safety protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
• Complete all required orientation modules and in-person training sessions
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment
