Responsibilities
Provides patient care according to the plan established by the supervising RN and physician's orders.
Administers prescribed medications in accordance with New Jersey's Nurse Practice Act.
Documents observations, nursing notes, and required information in patient charts.
Updates care plans as directed and reinforces patient and caregiver education.
Performs required procedures using universal precautions and safety measures.
