Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Our Assistant Store Managers support the Store Manager in achieving daily sales and profit targets, maintaining high standards across the team, and fostering a customer‑centric culture.

Our Assistant Store Managers:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales and profit projections.
• Maintain a culture of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new team members.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform various operational business and strategic duties.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; proficiency with basic computer software and hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay: $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission on sales (final rate based on experience and qualifications).
