Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location:
Travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.
2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role you will perform a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales‑floor fixtures and endcaps, executing build‑outs and display repairs, and following planograms.
Key Responsibilities- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the job site.
- Maintaining and updating displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conducting break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Represent field services management quickly (within 24 hours) and keep availability updated.
- Contribute to the team’s success by assisting other members as needed.
- Must be 18 or older (insurance requirements).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- Early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height.
- Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device.
- Use a smartphone for clocking, photos, and application usage.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow planogram directives.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Hourly pay of $18.00 per hour, based on experience and location.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
- Job assignments Monday–Friday with no weekends required.
- Paid training and flexible self‑scheduling options.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a 30‑day period.
- Variety of projects and clients.
