Securitas is looking to hire full time and part time Lead Security officers in Vineland, NJ

Looking for security officers with at least 2 years experience in a supervisor / lead security role with the following security experience:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Verify identification and issue visitor badges in accordance with company procedures.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage front desk inquiries.
• Maintain a daily log of visitors, deliveries, and security incidents.
• Respond to security alarms and incidents, reporting them promptly to management.
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises as required.
• Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations and first aid as trained.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

• Valid SORA license (or willingness to obtain)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Weekend availability required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay focused and alert in dynamic, high-energy environments
• Strong sense of integrity

• Reliable transportation

• Wage: $25.50 per hour
• Shifts:
  
  1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift available!

The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.
