Flight Coordinator – Vineland, NJ (On‑Site)

The RoleThe Flight Coordinator manages all logistics for the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of company flights, requiring knowledge of FAA regulations and an understanding of domestic and international aircraft operations.
ScheduleAlternating shifts: days one week, evenings the following week. Days off are determined during training.
LocationThis is an on‑site position. Candidates will report to the Vineland, NJ office.

- Monitor the status of all planned flights and flights in progress (flight following).
- Ensure all ground handling, de‑icing, fuel, landing/departure slots, and landing/overflight permits are in order before releasing a flight.
- Identify, anticipate, and take corrective action to minimize actual or potential delays due to scheduling operations, crew legality, and maintenance issues.
- Become proficient with ARINCDirect Flight Operations System (FOS).
- Confirm handling for aircraft at airports as scheduled.
- Complete and send trip sheets to crew.
- Confirm flight releases.
- Monitor flight crew duty limitations and rest requirements.
- Arrange hotel rooms and rental cars for crew members.
- Manage a high volume of continual email traffic while responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 1 year of experience in charter operations or a FAA dispatcher license.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills – detail‑oriented, ability to prioritize and be proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent multi‑tasking and planning skills.
