Up to $28 an Hour | Potential Annual Earnings $80,800 | Paid Weekly | Position Type:Full-Time | Benefits | PTO/Sick time from day 1| Weekends Available for OT $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
$7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires. Paid in three installments. Weekly salary and travel pay are separate.
- 25% ($1,875) at 90 days of employment
- 25% ($1,875) at 180 days of employment
- 50% ($3,750) on your first anniversary
Bonus is paid on the regular payroll cycle after each milestone, provided the driver is actively employed and in good standing on that date. Offer is for this requisition only and may be changed or withdrawn.

About the Role:Denali Water Solutions is seeking an experienced Local Class A CDL Tanker Driver in Bridgeton, NJ, Millville, NJ, or Vineland, NJ. This full-time, local truck driving position offers a consistent daytime schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to be home every night.
As a CDL-A Tanker Truck Driver
, you will safely operate tanker equipment to transport liquid materials along assigned local routes while following all DOT regulations and company safety procedures. Responsibilities include completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining electronic driver logs and required paperwork, communicating with dispatch and customers, and ensuring safe loading, transportation, and unloading procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Class A CDL driver with liquid tanker experience who wants local routes, a predictable daytime schedule, daily home time, and the opportunity to earn additional income through weekend overtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles by DOT requirements, as well as all local, state, and federal laws.
- Perform pre-and post-trip inspections.
- Typical use of hand tools for basic repairs of company bins and equipment.
- Maintenance of basic truck equipment and overall equipment cleanliness.
- Utilize the electronic logging system for DOT driver logs and as otherwise required.
- Maintain paperwork (contamination and service tickets, truck maintenance, etc.) and submit all documentation to the appropriate party.
- Regularly communicate with customers and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate with the corporate office/operations team regularly for all service, equipment, and customer service-related issues.
- Report all accidents and injuries immediately to the safety manager.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on seasonality, up to 40 to 60 hours a week, with possible weekend hauling needed.
- Attend and participate in weekly safety calls, trainings, or briefings.
- Basic usage of a computer and a cell phone for training, communication, and expense management
- Valid Class A CDL in the state of residence
- Minimum 2 years Liquid Tanker Experience
- Time Management and the ability to maintain route consistency.
- Communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in operating Manual and Automatic Transmission vehicles
- Experience using an Electronic Logging System, such as Samsara
- Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus.
