Staff Accountant
Staff Accountant – Vinings, GA – Onsite – In Office
CRH Healthcare, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, operates urgent care centers across Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, and Florida. Our centers are open seven days a week, providing walk‑in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies, as well as family care to keep parents and children healthy.

- Participate in the monthly financial close process, including preparing journal entries for accruals and intercompany expenses.
- Record day‑to‑day financial transactions and prepare journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Analyze and correct trend analysis variances, identifying areas of concern before distribution to the CFO.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Respond to inquiries from management regarding financial results and special reporting requests.
- Assist in preparation of non‑income tax filings – Property Tax.
- Develop and implement best accounting practices and controls to increase effectiveness and efficiencies of accounting operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or management.
- 1–4 years of experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP system and reconciliation tools (preferably Net Suite and Flo Qast).
- A desire to work as part of a team with a variety of tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, organize, prioritize and always meet deadlines.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Creative and resourceful problem solver – investigative and analytical skills are required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
