Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal for an onsite, contract-to-permanent position located in Vinings, GA. This is a full‑time role, Monday – Friday, during standard business hours.

• Prepare, format, cite‑check, and file pleadings and briefs in federal and state courts
• Ensure filings comply with court rules, deadlines, and local practices
• Assist with hearing and trial preparation, including creating binders, exhibits, and supporting materials
• Support attorneys with PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials for hearings
• Coordinate filings, service, and docketing with close attention to detail

3+ years of relevant law firm experience. Intellectual Property litigation experience is preferred but not required.
