We are looking for production technicians to join our team that share our values of Safety, Positive Attitude, Work Ethic and Integrity at Cardinal IG - Roanoke.

• 1st – Mon‑Fri, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• 2nd – Mon‑Fri, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• 3rd – Mon‑Fri, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

• Team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude; manufacturing experience helpful but not required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow work policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Must be able to meet physical demands and pass pre‑employment physical testing and drug screening.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours per day.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Not considering candidates who require sponsorship.
